Oh My Dog! What a horrible nurse! Fancy blaming the patient! PJ and I are both outraged!

Honestly, Dennett - you're such a star - another obstacle comes along and you just work around it. We salute you.

Ref digestive stuff - I've had all sorts over the years and all sorts of diagnoses and investigations and, in the end, I always sort it myself with my own research and with trial and error. I've done all the supplements etc etc. But it's always turned out to be something I eat. Which - just to keep me on my toes - changes over time.

Not everything does, though eg I can't eat cow's milk anything (and I lurve Cheddar cheese!) - so I only eat sheep's milk Manchego cheese so I can still eat cheese but not nearly in the quantities I always did.

The most ridiculous thing I found through leaving things out of my diet over a period of months was lettuce. I couldn't believe it - it had been causing me awful problems for ages and I'd left it to virtually last because - I mean - who could possibly react badly to poor old lettuce? Yep. I avoid it like the plague now. It used to give me really bad IBS-like symptoms.

And so on and so forth. I have every confidence you will get yourself sorted.

Also, the yoga! Wow! **impressed face thingy in here**. I need to do more by way of stretching or yoga or something but haven't yet decided what.

Anyway - really I just wanted to send you masses of positive vibes and hugs. xx
