I'm sorry to see the sale of your house is going so slowly. Those tenants ... well ... I imagine if they've rented the new place they'll be just as disrespectful of it as they were of yours. I can only hope the new landlord has a decent agent, though - I mean, the agent you had was crap, too. I know someone in exactly the same position. They haven't managed to get the tenants out yet, though, in order to sell the house ...
