Cripes. Just reading about it made me want to go and lie down ...

Today I dug out some naughty grass, potted plants, watered 100 house plants, went for three walks, and mowed the lawn. I was tuckered out. When I was 50, I did all this after work.
There is only one rumor about aging that seems true.
