Crushed creativity — only temporarily though — oh, yes! — The gardens in the area are overflowing with flowers now. PupperJack and I appreciate them as we amble around the place, stocking up on their positive energy. Orchid rockrose above provides many shocking pink highlights on our trips around the neighbourhood.

Particularly on the lavender — I love lavender. I have a habit of brushing up against clumps of it whenever possible; also of lightly crushing a flower in passing (but not so much it does any damage). However, in cuckoo spit season I don’t do either of those things … Because … Cuckoo spit ……

Let’s all meet for street eat feasts — There’s something about street parties that is not of the real world. They belong in a life in which everything is just fine. I remember every one I’ve been to, and they all have a surreal quality to them. (More about the Jubilee below.)
